filling in the gapz
Okay, since i havent blogged in a while, and now that ive got my fast broadband speed back up :p, i shall fill you guys in on what happened today.At 130 i went to get my pay from work (donut King), then caught the train at 218 to cabbramatta to visit xing and to make a cake order for mums bday. At around 3, Mel came for her shift and so xing and i took off to the city. However mel was a lil late so we ended up catching the train at 330. I had told tian that we would get to the city by 4 but that wasnt the case, instead we got to the city at 430, sorry TIAN!
As soon as we got off central station danny was outside to greet us (he had just finished uni). We met up with tian outside market city, went into second cup to pick amy up (who was so nice to shout us drinks, thankz amy!), and we walked around shopping. we then went looking for a good place to eat: walked to town hall, st james, martin place and back again (without stopping at any restaurant).
We finally stopped at a place called "Star Bar", which i thought was a pretty good place for our first bar outing, not too crowded no wierd people and reasonable prices. Anyway, we had a fun time, danny shouted us drinks (thankz alot danny!!!)[...seems like im freeloading alot today....] , i ordered pizza, tian and amy ordered pie with chips, danny ordered wedges, xing ordered fettuchini.... and got a steak instead.... hahah! anyway, she reordered her fettuchini, and we got a chicken ceasar salad(courtesy of xing.. thankz xing!!) as well.
We had a good time, shared more than a few silly laughs, it was great! I reckon we should do this more often ^^. Thanks everyone for taking the time and effort to come out today, and i hope to see more of hdfers in the future on these outings! for now.... i am signing off :p

its ok its ok mandy hahah. i think i was quite selfish yesterday, so i'm SORRY TOO!!...
and yes we're freeloaders! :D
that was some seriously pointless wandering around the city yesterday... haha
but at the end of the day.. it was pretty cool.. chilling with friends over drinks and food
should do it some other time
