oh man... i feel so crap right now... been sick for the past few days or so.... just to make it worse.. had my maths quiz and geology assignment due today! farout!!! oh well... at least its over and done with.. have an engineering mechanics quiz on friday afternoon.. damn i'll be wastedhavn't really dont much today...oh yeah.... there was a fire incident at wentworth building (student union building at usyd) today... i was there with my friend.. then all the fire alarms just went off and the staff there told us to 'get out! theres a fire!'... now that was kinda interesting.. disappointing thing was that there wasnt a fire (or a big one anyway).. so the firefighters just left and life returned back to normal (students queuing up for kebabs and sushi) hahaha...
since i was sick... i spent most of my time sleeping and most of my time awake whinging haha... so i didnt do much guitar playing... i guess i've perfected playing the vocals for shanghai grand.... still shit at pachelbel's canon and fur elise... winter sonata is annoyingly hard to play... same goes for cruel angel thesis.. lol.. you guys recommend any cool songs to play? i wanted to play that boa song.. eternal heart.. but i cant find a midi/guitar tab file for it so *shrug*...
also want to play that teresa teng song... u know the one they have in heaps of romantic scenes in chinese movies? but cant find the tabs for that one as well.. coz i dont know the english title haha

I HAVE A PASS FOR 2 PEOPLE TO SEE A PRIVATE PREMIERE SCREENING OF THE COMEDY : 'BORAT: THE MOVIE' (you know.. the crazy host dude at the MTV music awards) AT THE RANDWICK RITZ TOMORROW NIGHT 7PM... It's a very bad idea to sleep at 4am in the morning, but that's just what I did on Monday. I was ok during the day, but last night I was hella tired and today felt like a blur. I think I'm still feeling the "side-effects" even now haha. Yes folks, don't ever sleep at 4am. It's bad for your health.
I think everyone's going to get busier soon? (Midsession exams? Assignments? Other crap?) So it seems the group gathering thingy needs to be postponed. Too bad really. Mel and Nhan, why is your cheerleading competition venue so far away? It's at Richmond right? ...That's so remote. Please don't blame me if I can't make it. x(

omg!!! grandma and aunt arrives today!!! spent the weekend preparing and also went to the house to have the "last inspection" (haha sounds so army-like....inspection....) but yeh the old owners are nice ppl. they even cleand the house for us and mumz so relieved now she doesnt havta clean two places.hmm...on saturday, mum draggd mi up at 9 so we cood go shoppin at 10. had to buy so much stuff n not only food. grandmaz diabetic so havta buy all these special food. also went to buy all these stuff for the new house. supposedly when u move into a "new" place, everything u use has to be new....so dat woz annoyin... oh n mum bought this trolley thing for transportin big stuff like the fridge, n she woz really facinated by it. hehe she kept on pushin it around...sunday...went to see the house to see if itz still intact...haha...still is....also met the family of the old owners...met a few neighbours. all nice ppl so hopefully we wont get robbed agen...lolmmmm...grandma and aunt here so goin out to dinner...tomorrow the last day to take everythin apart and packed. gettin the keys on wed n movin in straight away but only big stuff, finish movin on thur and returnin the keys of our current place on fri.....so busy....got a quiz in 20min...so i'll sign off now...

spent my time playing my guitar... i can play shanghai grand now! even though at a really really slow rate... havnt really improved on pachelbel's canon... i can play a bit of love story.. but thats pretty hard as well... guess i need several months of practise before i can play properly haha.. oh yeah..
i sold my sony ericsson t630 for $70 + $25 p&h... now i have to chuck everything into a box and mail it out...

hey there.. saturday today.. yay hahaha.. i can sit back and relax a bit
mum woke me up abruptly at 10am.. lolz.. "we've gotta go to the markets!!"
and indeed we went to the markets at flemington.. never really a moment i enjoy lol... at least we get to have some interesting foods lol.. i just followed my dad around.. dragging the trolley and carrying bags of whatever he wants to buy haha... had some kebabs for lunch... like omg $5 for a kebab and a drink.. if only it was that price in uni.. quite nice
it was a sunny day today.. so i decided to get the lawnmower out and give it a go... spent ages trying to get the thing to start.. mowed the lawns.. now the garden looks pretty neat and nice..
after that.. i rode my bike to punchbowl station to get myself a weekly student ticket.. coz i start earlier on mondays for uni.. and i dont want to spend my time queuing to buy a ticket then..
i've been practicing to play the guitar heaps today.. to the point that my fingers hurt from playing those steel guitar lines.. lol... still pretty shit... cant play anything fast if i want it to sound decent
pachelbel's canon sounds so cool! but its also damn hard to play lol.. especially the hard bits.. fur elise is even harder coz its so fast
i also managed to play a bit of the start of neon genesis's cruel angel thesis.. that also sounds cool on guitar
guess thats all i have to say...

To add a bit more detail of our day, this is why I've decided to blog too hahaha. We agreed to meet 10:30 at Central. On the train there in the morning at around 10:25 I got a message from Mandy saying her train will get to Central at 12:50 and I would have a bit of waiting to do... "OMG that's 1.5 hours of waiting"!! But it turns out that she meant 11:50. HAHAHA! Thank goodness.

heyo! Eventful day today, went to city to meet up with tian to sorta catch up... lol. Went to china town, darling harbour, back to china town to eat yummy hand made noodles, tian ate an ice cone, bought 4 cd's for mum's bday, bought a daffodil keyring, bought romance of the three kingdoms for dads bday had a lovely day with tian who looked so cute today and being really nice and helpful without complaining once while i dragged her all over the city.Oh yeh, also saw yin working today :D, (note to visitors of second cup, if amy yin smiles at you whilst working, its a forced fake one and turns into a grimace as soon as customers go past her... haha).Went home, found out dad already has the book, and i need to go and exchange it tomorrow.... took brother to scouts camp, who somehow on the way managed to lose his wallet and id and travel pass and keys and money and blah blah.Now mum's all nachky (nasty and making me feel icky) saying she doesnt want to have a birthday this yr, shutting me up and making me feel crap... arghz!Anywayz, as a stress reliever, look what i did to my phone.... looks crazy but i feel alot better now.

went to campsie to post off my $34 phone :P .... since i was there.. i got myself a sushi roll and a drink.. loneliest lunch ive ever had *boo hoo*... price of sushi went down! its $1.95 as opposed to $2.00! hahahahaha... but the pissy thing is that the sushi rolls at that campsie place are a rip off... the filling only goes half way.. the bottom half is just damn vinegar rice and seaweed! the chicks selling it arent that hot as well *grin*... the sushi (and chicks) are way better at the wentworth building sushi place (in usyd for u non-usydians).. they have lettuce in the sushi there! lol

I jigged one lecture and one tutorial today, hence finishing uni at 3pm. Messaged Mandy for her uni times coz I couldn't remember what she posted, and woah, I was in luck! She was actually able to meet up with me! YAY!
And so we bummed around Marketcity before her 5:30 class. Aim? A nice piece of sundress! Haha, there were so many styles but most of them were "unsuitable" e.g. this nice dress was lovely and all, but was way too long for the shorty :P. HAHA!! When it was time for her to go to class, I didn't feel like going home (yes Mandy, I never feel like going home) so I called Xing. But it turns out that she was already almost home since she finished at 2pm on Tuesdays. Oh well, so I had to drag my ass back home.
Not very eventful, huh.

Moving forward
Hey hey, i know its my second post today, but mehz :P. I went to kenpo karate today and i graded. Grading involves all things in the yellow belt syllabus and ten fights, i hated fighting with the guys i felt taunted so i wanted to punch their faces in. But unfortunately i didnt have tha ability to do that, so i just got my ass whooped :P. After the fights, i got my yellow belt, yay, and the black belts had to give me a kick to the stomach (like a kick to the next level), however the lady black belt (lauren) missed my stomach, but had increasingly good aim...... she kicked my pelvic bone, right next to the groin guard (missed the groin guard and made direct contact), and then there i was keeling over with tears in my eyes..... aww man, it hurts even now and i've got a f****** bruise...... ouch ouch..... Anyway cos lauren has a cute smile and sincere apology i forgave her straight away. kekeke. The main thing is that..... IM NO LONGER A NOOB WHITE BELT!!!!! ahahaha, I'm yellow belt, that cant fight :P. heres proof ^^
I did my homework!
I've done my accounting homework...! Haha, yes, right. It's just that I didn't do that well last semester (more like I failed) in accounting. Reasons? Well, let's see:
- anime-overload
- didn't study or read much of the textbook readings
- did homework but didn't bother to revise
- copied 80% of this practice set book we had to do as an assessment off other people
- i was stupid
Yup, that pretty much sums it up nicely. Hence I'm prepared to work harder this semester. Anyway, this is what I resort to when boredom strucks:

Hey, i was wondering....does it mean that apart from the times listed as busy for uni, is free for HDF? If thats the case then does that mean you dont mind meeting up in the evening?
I'd like people to post up the times they have FREE and when they can and are willing to go out.
Cos im afraid some of you guys have a thing against going out at night or too lazy to come out a day when you dont have uni or parents wont allow or nag or for wateva reason you can come up with.
So far, it seems that friday nights are the most convenient since the day after is a weekend, but i need feedback from all of you. So comment ASAP plz. OR ELSE ILL COME AND GET YOU!!!

Hehe! I too am not to be outspammed as an admin so here i go! Today i woke up at 11, had bbq chicken for brunch, tried to do accounting homework and then xing came over to visit my mum so i'm like - ah wateva, i'll do it LATER. We went for a walk around merrylands, spending most of the time at spotlight, and ohhhh... i got a VIP card! YAY! thats 10% off stuff.
Anyway after that i went to eat dinner at strathfield, and boy am i stuffed. We had these HUGE oysters, that were nice and fresh and yummy, drunken? pidgeon, the usual crab with noodles on the bottom, a big barramundi fish, eggwhite with seafood, some strange mince with mushrooms, veggies with strange mushrooms and did i say i was stuffed? I feel like im about to implode! hahaha, and then out car was going home faster than usual i think with the extra gas i was letting off... AHAHHAHA. And thats my day.
Now i WILL finish off that homework i was doing before..... ahah.....ahem.

i'll spam more than the ultimate spammer (points at tian) :P spent the day driving to places to get more hours on my Ls family went out today to auburn botanical gardens for some photo shoots.. i guess spring has come early this year so the japanese sakura flowers (cherry-blossoms for you aussies) have bloomed a lot earlier than normal....*note: me in photo with sakura in background haha* that was pretty interesting i guess... too bad none of the other flowers have bloomed yet after that we went to cabra.. and geez.. there were tooooo many people there... it took us ages to find a restaurant where there was a damn free table... had some of that "com tam dac biet" which translates to "special rice combination"... that was enjoyable to an extent i guess... nothing beats home food though hehe ... went to buy some asian cakes and stuff... also got some roast pork, fish, guanzhou noodles and beansprouts and so on to make a dish later this afternoon... *yawn* i love driving back from cabra on the hume highway when theres not many cars around... like haha full acceleration!!!! and its even more fun trying to race big v8 commodores with my camry... too bad they always end up winning :P well i guess thats it... have to go and do some work.. bloody pro engineering essay!!! bloody maths assignment!!! ... have to wait til mum cooks that dish of hers as well hehe seeyer peeps.. i'll report back soon

Anyway, I've done jackshit all day except sit in front of the comp and surf the net. No, at first my net connection was quite stuffed so I had to reboot the router. Then I remembered I still had an online assessment to do for QMA so I went to do that. It's like they give you 2 attempts right, and they take the one with the higher grade. Haha, i got 5/10 for my first attempt and 6/10 for my second so I'll give ya a lolly if you guess right which one they took as my grade =__=". Looks like my maths skills are still in the pits. BAH!
I feel so anime-deprived, especially Eureka 7 because I've started downloading that not too long ago. But this site that has the rmvb downloads hasn't been accessable for a few days now, I wonder what happened to it? And yeh, I'm resorting to rmvb files because of my 15gig limit in monthly downloads. (Dial-up people, you'll soon realise 15gig/month is NOTHING when you enter the broadband world.) Of course, some new releases I'm still getting in avi format. There's just so many things I wanna get but can't because if I go over the limit again, Dad'll be pissed. Damn you Optus people - you get 9gigs more than I do every month! *shakes fist*
Did you guys realise that the Mamma's Kitchen on the top level at Marketcity is gone? It's now a market place kinda thing selling clothes and cute things (toys, stickers, bags, stationery, etc)! And I finally remembered the name of the Jap place right opposite Marketcity entrance (the one with an Ezyway next to it)! It's called Kura! And it has the most economical takoyaki! HAHA!

what did i do there? well i went and myself a new pair of sunnies! yay... polaroid ones that look like those aviator ones... i've broken 4 pairs before this new one already haha... sunnies and backpacks dont go together
after that.. we went to that saint honore cake shop down in chinatown.. damn i love those coconut-sultana-bread thingys.. theyre like chinese krispy kremes!! haha.. the pastry is really really nice coz they bake it pretty much on the hour..
seeing that there wasnt much to do... we decided to head to the harbourside stores in darling harbour... went up to paul's warehouse closing down sale.. (never knew there was one in darling harbour)... well anyway.. i spent half an hour there trying to decide which pair of skater shoes i was gonna get.. then i just gave up and got myself some other shoes that look pretty cool.. the whole white fake leather look with blue and orange highlights... apparently i had saved $50 from the sale (the receipt told me that.. so it must be true! lolz)
finally... we went to get some lunch from the chinatown foodcourt thingos... what did i have? oh thats right... seafood combination wonton noodle soup.. now thats a mouthful! haha... like farout.. apparently getting those $10/kg frozen 'seafood' things from the asian groceries and chopping it up and chucking wontons and noodles in classifies it as a meal.. but *shrug*... guess there wasnt anything else to eat... now that i mentioned it.. damn i feel like making some of my noodle soups.... love putting in the jap/korean udon noodles.. bit of seafood here and there.. some tofu.. some roast chicken... some greens.. and a chili sauce and a beer on the side*drools*
oh yeah.. mandy's weekly outing (drink/lunch/whatever) idea seems pretty cool... but to make it work.. we need to get organised... everyone has work.. uni and other commitments.. but could we work it out and go out once in a while? pretty please? haha NOTE: I'll shout you all a drink on our first outing *if we're going to a bar of some sort*. Just because i'm nice... hahaha *grin*

But what made my day is that i got to see my baby lilee chan! awww miss her so much. Those of you that don't know, this girl was given to me for my bday but because of many reasons she can't stay at home with me :~(. nothing special happened this week though... SOCCEROOS won!!!! haha that was a good game to watch.. but it doesnt have the feel of the world cup anymore.. *sigh* maybe next year would be better when the socceroos start kicking/get kicked by some asians.. hehe
